Allow leverage coins and spot coins to be runned with lower minimum investments.

Right now the requorement for leverage coins are all +40 usdt and with less grids.

It would help the small users grow if we could plsce 200 grids with just 5 usdt on leversged coins and all spot coins.

It would allow pionex to be one step closer to being perfect.
